John has served as Deputy Chief of Staff, Alaska State Legislature. He also provided senior legal counsel for global charities Mercy Ships and Youth With A Mission. John makes his home in Wasilla Alaska in summer and Kona Hawaii with his wife of 48 years, Randi.

William Bennington has held a distinguished career as one of the most prolific strategic planning and executive leadership consulting for billion dollar corporations and global nonprofits.

He has guided over 6,000 organizations with his proprietary planning and KPI documents.

He resides in Moorstown, New Jersey. Bill is an avid wooden duck decoy carver and painter of dogs.

Jeff provides a spiritual covering for TrailMasters. His ministry career has spanned over 40 years and a variety of ministry environments and experiences.  Jeff currently serves as an executive pastor and is on the leadership team for a ministry serving men overcoming addiction.

Jeff resides in Silverdale, Washington with his wife of 36 years, they have adilt three children, two daughters-in-law and five grandchildren. 

Jonathan has spent over two decades as a maritime officer for a range of ocean going freighter ships and yachts, from the 855 foot North Star as Second Mate to Captain of the beloved "Masquerade," a 158 foot Fedship yacht affectionately called the crown jewel of the Puget Sound. He rides with his wife in Brainard Minnesota. He is an avid photographer and ocassional writer.

Janet Ragland has served numerous publications and educational institutions as editor and public relations director spanning over three decades. She resides in Lindale Texas with her cat Missy.

Andy is a veteran journalist originally from London, England. His writing has appeared in scores of books and magazines. He resides in Alexandria Virginia with his wife and dog Spot.
